About ITComInformation Technology Communications Services - or ITCom - is part of the Information Technology Central Services Division (ITCS) of the University of Michigan. ITCom provides telephone services to 85,971 students, faculty, and staff at the University's Ann Arbor, Flint, and Dearborn campuses; and provides computer, data network, and video services to the Ann Arbor campus. Telephone, video and data networks are the doorway to accessing information crucial to participating in the educational community. Therefore, it is a goal of the University of Michigan to remain on the forefront of these technologies and to make them accessible to faculty, students and staff.
