Welcome to ITCom's Customer Service Center. We provide assistance for U-M's voice, video, and data services. If you have questions regarding our products or services, want to place an order, request a repair, or resolve a billing problem, you've come to the right place!

Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Excluding Holidays)

   Option 4: All other telephone, data, or video questions
