Network Maintenance and Repair

Service Agreements

Maintenance can render the network inaccessible. ITCS attempts to perform maintenance work only at certain times. Network maintenance, when required, will occur on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday mornings between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Maintenance that may result in a lack of connectivity for many users, such as taking the ITCS FDDI Backbone down, will be restricted to Sunday mornings between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
