Returning New Equipment

The following ITCom Equipment Return Policy must be agreed to before making a purchase from ITCom:

  • All returns must be made within 30 days from the original equipment delivery/pick-up date.

  • All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the customer's Online Service Center (OSC) Temporary Order Number and/or a copy of the order receipt.

  • All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Recycling Old Equipment

Departmentally owned electronic equipment that is no longer needed or wanted—such as telephones, fax machines, computers, and accessories—should be taken to Property Disposition. See Electronic Waste Recycling for details.
