Service for installing or activating up to ten voice/data/video Lines is a routine order. Use the Online Service Center for placing orders. Monthly usage charges are in addition to telephone and video installation charges.

Add/Move/Change/Activate Telephone Line to an existing communications outlet* by dispatching an ITCom technician
Change or install a line or number on a personal or electronic phone or add-on module where ITCom has deteremined that a site visit from an ITCom technician is not needed
Disconnect/Terminate Service
(Orders requesting the termination of voice, data, video, or special services [such as 800 numbers] are completed at no charge. If any new or modified service is requested on the same order, all normal charges will apply to that part of the order.)
Service for installing or activating more than ten voice/data/video lines is a "Coordinated Request." A Coordinated Request is handled by an ITCom Project Manager and charges are based on Time and Materials.
