Line Installation/Activation Rates

Service for installing or activating up to ten voice/data/video Lines is a routine order. Use the Online Service Center for placing orders. Monthly usage charges are in addition to telephone and video installation charges.

Change or install a line or number on a personal or electronic phone or add-on module where ITCom has deteremined that a site visit from an ITCom technician is not needed IN-LNNUM $15.00/line +

Add/Move/Change/Activate Data Line to an existing communications outlet* by dispatching an ITCom technician IN-DATA $45.00/line +

Service for installing or activating more than ten voice/data/video lines is a "Coordinated Request." A Coordinated Request is handled by an ITCom Project Manager and charges are based on Time and Materials.
