*If a building does not have UMTV to the Building Distribution Frame (BDF), the customer incurs the cost to extend the UMTV broadband system to the BDF. This includes all associated electronics within the BDF. As always, the cost of conduit, cable ladder and other building improvements are billed separately, based on time and materials.
