Communication Equipment and Accessories Pick-Up and Delivery Options

Customers can pick up communication equipment and accessories at an ITCom designated site or request to have equipment delivered to a university department building. Please see below for your choice of options.

An equipment only order form can be submitted via ITCom's Online Service Center, or by submitting a Telephone Service Request form. If you need assistance with filling out the form, please call 734-763-2000 and choose option 4.

Customer Pick-Up

All pick-ups take place at 4251 Plymouth Rd, Ann Arbor, Arbor Lakes loading dock located on the north side of building 2.

• You will be notified within the next business day when the equipment will be available.
• Equipment can be picked up at the Arbor Lakes loading dock between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Customer Delivery: Option I (No Charge)

Under this option, Customer deliveries will only be made to the main building entrance (ground floor) or the loading dock for that building.

• You will be notified within the next business day when the equipment will be available.
• Equipment available in stock will be delivered within 1 or 2 Business days.
• Equipment deliveries will be made between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Customer Delivery: Option II (Chargeable)

This option is for those who need special delivery arrangements other than those mentioned above.

• You will be notified within the next business day when the equipment will be available.
• The current charge for this service is $20.00 per building.
• Equipment available in stock will be delivered within 1 or 2 business days.
• Equipment deliveries will be made between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

*Note: Large quantities or items not in stock will be made through special coordination on an as needed basis.
