Nuisance/Malicious CallsIf you are receiving nuisance or malicious calls, contact the Department of Public Safety at 763-1131. DPS may require a signed police report to be filled out to pursue who is contacting you. They will ask the dates and times the incoming call(s) occurred. DPS will work with ITCom Repair Service and telephone vendors to try and resolve the issue. Fax or Modem Nuisance CallsIf you are receiving nuisance fax or modem calls, contact ITCom Repair Service at 647-8888 (option 1). Repair will investigate who is sending the fax/modem call(s) in error and attempt to resolve the problem. |
