To Forward Calls Dial access code *96, hear special dial tone, dial 5-digit station number, hear confirmation tone.
To Deactivate Dial access code *97, hear confirmation tone.

To Hold Call Press TAP, hear special dial tone, dial access code *99, hear confirmation tone.
To Return to Held Call Hold down switch hook until telephone rings OR press TAP and dial access code *99.

To Park Call Press TAP, hear special dial tone, dial access code *93, hear confirmation tone.
To Retrieve Call Dial access code *94, dial 5-digit station number where Call Park was initiated.

To Transfer Call Press TAP, hear special dial tone, dial 5-digit station number.
If Station Answers Announce call, replace handset.
